I finally got to try these brakes out on an honest to God STEEP single track,loads of rocks and switch backs.Glad I have them and they seem to preform better than the original Tecktro discs.They have that made in Germany feel to them.

I weigh 220lbs and ride a hard-tail 29er bike.
The 180mm Storm have worked great for me. amazing stopping power.it is hard to stop this much weight but they do the trick well.
You almost have to be careful how fast the brakes will stop you. easy to install, don't squeal and haven't had any fades
