After ten years of racing and breathtaking results, the most successful fork made by Marzocchi—the 888—is ready for a new evolution, the 380 C2R2 Titanium. Completely redesigned from crown to axle, this is Marzocchi's most advanced coil fork.
Ready to conquer the gnarliest of downhill riding, the 380 comes with a 5.5n/mm titanium spring coil with external pre-load on the left and the revolutionary DBC damping system on the right. The Dynamic Bleed Cartridge is an efficient riding control solution that takes advantage of the most popular systems on the market: open bath and sealed cartridge. The DBC cartridge is a low pressure system with a compensation reservoir controlled by a coil spring instead of an air pressurized chamber, much like technology found in rear shock designs. Oil flows through two different circuits that allow the fluid to rush out of the cartridge during extreme riding when the system is under too much pressure. The oil is then sucked through a one way seal to avoid the possibility of air getting mixed with fluid, keeping the sliders always lubricated and each damping tuning step effective and consistent.
Every rider can find the perfect setting with the High and Low speed control for both compression and rebound with the option of self-tuning the compression shims by easily removing the stack from the top of the right stanchion tube. This Marzocchi patented feature allows riders to customize the setting for their personal riding style and skills, controlling the mid compression speed without the need of disassembling the complete fork or to bleed the oil cartridge.
The 380 is a World Cup ready, user friendly, high performance downhill fork. This amazing coil spring race platform weighs in at a super lightweight 2,795 grams/ 6.16lbs, and is ready to take whatever punishment you can dish out.

Comments about Marzocchi 380 C2R2 Ti Fork 2014:
This fork is amazing. I replaced a Fit Air with this fork. My old fork hurt my hands so much, and I could never get it tuned. Then I slap on the 380 Ti, my hands no longer hurt and it took less than a day to get it tuned.
It is super compliant on the small stuff, and in the stock setting has a really nice LSC/HSC transition. The adjusters are nice, a click is 180 degrees on each dial. The fork is really light too. Excellent stiffness on flat landings, even with it raked out on my Turner DHR.
This doesn't have the dive of the old 888. Also, the last inch of travel is hard to go through. I weigh almost 200lb. with gear, and the stock spring is cool. I have 4 1/2 turns of preload to get the proper sag (Marzocchi says if you have more than 10 turns, get a different spring, and that the stock is rated up to 185lb.) Obviously misrated. Also, the nut under the rebound adjusters was loose, making ajustments impossible until I figured out what was wrong. I am impressed - way better feeling than anything I've ridden on the front.
