No instructions but go to Pink Bike Tech Tuesdays and follow those. No issues - went on easy and fit perfectly (Crossmax SX 2009 rear wheel).

I've ordered a paire of Mavic 12' crossmax adapters (anodized green) to convert on 12*142mm my new 12'rear wheel, the problem is on the drive side, the adapter is rubbing on the inner bearing of the free hub, I thought it was a default of manufacturing process so I ordered another paire, the problem is the same! so I've machined a ring in aluminium, 12mm diameter by 1.7mm thick, I've put it on the rear drive side adapter tight all, I actually ride on my bike without problem, a friend of mine have a paire of crossmax and the black drive side adapter is truly different 1.7mm thicker than the green anodized!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
