Maxxis High Roller II 3C Exo 26" Tire
Revamp your 26" Trail machine to the open and aggressive tread design of the High Roller II. With excellent soil penetration and mud clearing talent, the square profile provides a solid, consistent feel across the knobs. Modified knobs on the shoulder and center progress braking performance and traction on hard surfaces. Employing Maxxis's Exo Protection, the High Roller II is cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant on the sidewalls, while remaining lightweight and flexible. The 3C Maxx Terra(triple compound) offers a comfortable combination of traction, low rolling resistance and longevity. This is a big, high-air-volume casing, yet still fairly light, thanks to the foldable bead, ideal for cross country adventures on long-travel 5 and 6" trail bikes. When gravity pulls you downhill, rely on the High Roller II to keep you upright.

PROS: Do It All, Easy To Install, Great Grip
BEST USES: All Mountain, Mountain Biking, Trail
These are hands down the best tires I've used. Easier to mount than the Continentals, and the sealant doesn't weep through the sidewall and dry out as it did on the Trail Kings. Traction is great on the rather rugged, rocky and loose trails I frequent all over Phoenix and Sedona. Predictable handling without a lot of the oddities I read about with other Maxxis tire designs. They just work, and work very well.
They're light enough, but super durable; the dusty sidewalls are covered in marks from rock strikes after a ride, yet there is no damage whatsoever. No sealing issues and so meaty they are nearly puncture proof. Most of the goatheads and cactus spines I pull out of the tread don't even make it past the tread blocks.
They also wear pretty well. I rotated them at the beginning of the summer, and I think I'll end up with a solid year of riding on these.
Highly recommended. Buy them!
