The Maxxis Minion DHR is a downhill tire designed to meet the needs of the UCI World Cup racers. The DHR features ramped knobs similar to the Minion DHF, then was beefed up to handle to responsibilities of a rear tire. The center tread has been heavily ramped and siped to roll fast and track straight under braking. The Minion DHR II features the 3C Maxx Grip tread compound. 3C Maxx Grip is a new name for the downhill 3C compound configuration that you have come to know from Maxxis. 3C Maxx Grip offers the ultimate in grip and slow rebound properties for unparalleled traction in downhill applications.

Running them tubeless and no issues. PSI down to 22 at that. Unreal grip wet or dry like being on rails. Demo and Downieville down Tahoe in 2 weeks. Expect no issues!
