Nice little fender

By Bear

Comments about Mucky Nutz Butt Fender:

Mounted this up, simple to use, and is pretty decent for what it is at keeping muck off you behind. You will still get mud spray, but not as bad as with out. Paired with the XL front mucky fender and its good coverage for PNW riding.

Comments about Mucky Nutz Butt Fender:

Works but it can rub the rear tire and bend backwards on a full suspension bike with seat dropped down low.
Otherwise, it's probably fine.

Comments about Mucky Nutz Butt Fender:

This is a good fender, have the road and mtn bike version, it will slide around on the rails moving left or right, punch a couple of holes to put zip ties around the seat rails and it will stay put.

Comments about Mucky Nutz Butt Fender:

I use the fender to extend my biking season Does it keep your butt totally dry....of course not, but I am sure it helps. Lets face it, when it is raining and muddy nothing is 100%, unless you don't go. What I like about the fendert is that it weighs close to NOTHING and snaps on and off.

Comments about Mucky Nutz Butt Fender:

Product is very easy to install onto saddle rails, as advertised.

It will keep the top of your saddle and the seat of your pants free from mud while you ride in a neutral position. While going downhill or with your body towards the rear of the bike, the seat of your pants will be exposed to whatever the rear tire is throwing about.

The fender isn't very long, so the tire will still manage to splash some water or mud on your back. However, the fender's relatively short length gives it stability and rigidness so it doesn't flap around enough to be bothersome.
