Niner doesn’t do anything else but 29ers. They have produced many award winning aluminum 29ers. The Air 9 Carbon is Niner’s first carbon bike. The Air 9 Carbon was built to be lightening fast and feather light. It has razor sharp handling and provides an extremely forgiving ride.
Constructed of an intricate high modulus carbon fiber layup pattern, Niner was able to create a bike that was not only light but extremely strong. Alloy interfaces were utilized in critical areas such as the headtube bearing journals and bottom bracket. The alloy interfaces allow the precise tolerances that critical component interface areas demand.
The Air 9 Carbon features Bio- Centric EBB technology and the CYA bottom bracket system. With CYA technology, you can run your Air 9 as a single speed or geared bike.
