perfect in its finish and quality. but do note that the overall length of the stem is 22.5cm. my 54" frame will only swallow 9.5cm of that. so the stem will stand a tall 13cm. that could work for you, but if you just wanted a stem that raises say 2 cm more than the 7cm that you have, its not going to happen. alternative would be to cut the nitto down and find some way to modify the bolt

I have a very nice old road bike that I could no longer ride.(I'm old, inflexible, etc) This did the trick! Fits my 1" fork perfectly. It blends in well with 25 year old campy gruppo. It is the exact same diameter as the original Cinelli stem,not sure what the fella from Chicago problem was.

GREAT STEM, BUT HAD TO RETURN IT. ITS ONLY ABOUT 22-23MM IN CIRCUMFERENCE AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE OF THIS STEM IS FOR BIKE IS FOR SINCE MY BIKE ACCEPTS 1" QUILL STEMS.
