This spider-less chainring allows you to completely remove the stock spider that comes on any SRAM X.9 and X.0 Crankset with GXP bottom bracket. Running a spider-less chaining and a 1X setup in front can save up to an approximate amount of ¾ of a pound, That’s huge! Machined from durable 7075 T6 aluminum, the 1x10 Direct Mount is super strong. This chainring is also made to be thicker than the stock chainring so there is a longer wear life and added stiffness.
