ODI Ruffian Lock-On Replacement Grips
Lock-On grips are becoming increasingly evident on mountain bike courses and trails around the world, as more and more riders come to realize the benefits of ODI's revolutionary system. Along with complete non-slip performance, cyclists appreciate that, for the first time, they can easily change styles to meet varying terrain, race or weather conditions. Have always loved ODI; they always make a great grip. I switched to the Ruffian from the Rouge grips. I really like the thinness of the grip, provides a lot of feeling. The grip is very similar to a BMX style grip. I have been riding these for a couple of months, about 2 rides a week, and am very happy with the amount of grip that provide. They work well with or without gloves. The Ruffian grips provides plenty of clearance for shifters as well. The only concerns I have are how long they will last and hand fatigue on extended rides. Since they are on thin side not sure how long these will last, hopefully at least a full season. I also wonder about hand fatigue on long rides because of the thinness as well. Overall I think these are a great grip and I am very happy with them.

I liked them at the start of the day and hated them at the end. They are super sweet and grippy. But with large hands the fatigue at the end of the day is out of this world.
A must get for small and medium hands

The weather/trail conditions haven't been good enough to ride yet this year but based on my initial impressions, these grips will work wonderfully. Compared to grips I have had in the past, these feel far more durable.

Ruffian are my go to grip. I use them on my DH and BMX bike. I don't have super bigs hands (Men's M) and I like the low profile. Some folks complain the diamond pattern is hard on hands, and yes maybe it is. But I stand by my Ruffians. I must of a dozen grips laying around for different bikes in my house.

Have always used ODI Ruffians, awesome lock on grips, the benchmark. Love that you can replace the rubber part when it gets worn and not have to throw away the whole grip assembly.

Big upgrade over what i had. grippy without being "squishy". your hands feel very planted on the bars and more in tune with the front wheel. On the smaller side and can lead to some hand fatigue if you have larger hands i would image.

They're super grippy and they don't move at all once they're locked on. These grips are a little small but at the time i used these that was what I wanted and they worked great. they are pretty worn now but that's the trade off with such soft grippy material
