Very comfortable. Does a great job of not bunching up right behind ur knee and rubbing a lot like some other knee pads have been known to do. Very flexible and I often times forget I'm wearing them even when pedaling up hill. Side padding works great too. I already had a nice spill in em' landing right on my side where my knee and leg took most of the initial blow and they did a great job.
