The 575 has been one of Yetis most popular bikes for years! Its the definition of versatile; lightweight and efficient when riding up hill, burly and sure footed when gravity takes over. For 11 Yeti made the 575 even more capable, adding several key features while maintaining its lightweight, all mountain heritage. Up front youll find a gorgeous hydroformed tubeset with tapered head tube, ISCG mount and a completely redesigned main pivot. The main pivot utilizes double row bearings and hydroformed junction for unparalleled stiffness and durability. The rear triangle has been completely redesigned as well. Stout alloy chainstays, with internal derailleur cable routing, lead back to the dropouts. There you will find Yetis chip system, run QR(standard) or 12x142QR(sold separately) the choice is yours. Moving up to the seatstays youll see lightweight yet strong carbon fiber construction. Even the geometry has been updated, with a slightly lower bottom bracket and slacker head angle. Front and rear suspension duties are handled by Fox Racing Shox. SRAM 10 speed is used for the drivetrain, providing a wide range of gears for wherever your adventures take you. Keeping contact with the ground are a set of smooth rolling DT Swiss M1900 wheels with Schwalbe Fat Albert tires.
