Toughest Tire Ever

Folding bead, Kevlar belt, thick tread, low rolling resistance for touring bicycles. Same basic tire as the Panaracer Pasela with tour guard, but customized by Rivendell to add a thicker tread.

Endurance tire

This is a niche tire, no doubt. It's a true 28mm wide, classic gumwalls, but also kevlar beaded and puncture resistant. It makes a great front tire. You can run them at 50-60 PSI on a 23mm wide rim with no risk of pinch flatting. At that low pressure, you get much greater grip, lower rolling resistance from uneven tarmac, and dramatically increased comfort. The road buzz is almost completely eliminated. Don't believe the marketing, tires make the absolute biggest difference in ride quality - frame material makes little difference.

PROS: True To Width, Lightweight, Durable Rubber

Awesome Tire

Awesome training tire. I have about 150 miles on these now and I can't say enough great things about these tires. It was a huge upgrade over the conti's I took off. I am running these in a 700 X 28 and they are durable, fast, very grippy, lightweight and very easy to mount. No tools required to mount. Hope to get many miles on these. Two Thumbs up!

TIs Ruffy & Tuffy...

I am about 2 donuts shy of 200 lbs., use it for back tire on a Bianchi Eros. Have gotten 3,300 miles out of it without a flat, enough said.

PROS: Resistant To Element, Durable Rubber

BEST USES: Road Biking, Casual Riding
