Did what it is supposed to do. The non-drive side didn't slide as gracefully off as the drive side did... it took a few taps with a hammer on the end of the Park Tool to persuade it. But it did it's job.

used it a couple times on my own bike and on a friend's bike.
on both occasions, cranks were removed with some effort involved, but i guess thats what happens after a few years of not being removed. would have been more expensive to go to a shop, and the cranks definately would not have been removed without this tool.
seems very well built for a home mechanic.
