Paul’s Reverse Lever is designed to be used with bullhorn style handlebars and has a three-piece expanding collet securing the bar to the inside end of the handlebar. The lever will fit bars with an internal diameter larger than ¾ of an inch.

Using a double pivot, the Paul Reverse Levers will work with both short and long pull brakes by moving the pivot pin to the inner or outer pivot hole.
