Comments about Phorm S 310 Mens Max Saddle:

Several saddles that I have tried were not wide enough for me, this one is. I am able to move around as I ride and my sit bones are still properly supported. It was helpful to me that Phorm put sit bone measurement range in the description. The padding is the right firmness. I have used other saddles with softer padding and for me they get very uncomfortable after less than an hour. I am still OK after three hours on this one. But I am ready to take a break too. Padded shorts help but it is nice that I am easily able to do short rides comfortably with street clothes. This is my favorite saddle and I have tried a bunch.

Comments about Phorm S 310 Mens Max Saddle:

This saddle does not have gel inside and it's padding is firm which is what i wanted.

I'm a small guy and my seatbones are 130mm apart and the saddle platform provides good support. As far as comfort goes, i found it relatively comfortable only if riding in an upward position. Even then i had to keep tweaking saddle height and angle to find a relatively comfortable position for city riding. I have since moved back to my old saddle (Serfas Tegu) which is more comfortable for me even without wearing padded shorts.

That said, bicycle saddle fit is not universal. Different saddles can feel different depending on the person who is riding it.

Overall this is a good saddle for the price and i will give it another try after my current saddle wears out. I just wish it was just a tad softer.

Comments about Phorm S 310 Mens Max Saddle:

I sat on this for a fifty-five mile ride on the first day, and forty miles of mountain climbing on the second day. I did not wear any padded shorts. It was very comfortable, and there was no chaffing. I carry my bike up and down stairs with the underside of the saddle. The stitching that holds the seat cover onto the underside seems a little weak, but I have yet to see it rip. This is a good buy for a lightweight, comfortable saddle.
