Comments about Planet Bike Versair Mini Dual Pump:

The pump is OK, it puts air in the tyre, would hope a pump of this size would have a gauge. multilayer constuction, moisture gets between layers.
Major con, I bought a frame mount pump so I could mount it on my bike, but this pump gets in the way of my pedals on both my mountainbike and my roadbike, no matter which tube I mount it on.

Horrible. Do not purchase this product. I cannot understand why Planet Bike would put out a product of such poor quality.

    I've only used it...

    By M.

Comments about Planet Bike Versair Mini Dual Pump:

I've only used it for a relatively short time. I mainly bought this to replace the two other cheaper pumps I got at KMart that didn't work for me (takes forever to pump up a tire and/or couldn't get it up to a decent pressure w/o killing my hands). This pump allows me to pump over 100psi. However, it does take some effort to pump it passed 100psi. The main thing isn't that it's hard to push in or pull out the plunger, but rather the handle is only cushioned on the push in cycle, but not the pull out cycle; this is due to the design of the handle. I like having the separate hose and foot peg, which effectively makes it a portable foot pump (except you're limited to using one hand because of the small handle). The only big thing missing from this pump is a pressure gauge. But then again, it's only an $18 pump. The mounting bracket that comes with this pump doesn't seem to fit in well on my bike-->seems to get in the way of the front derailleur or my legs/feet. (they should include a right-angle bracket instead of a flat one). I just forgo the bracket and just throw the pump in the bag with my spare tubes and repair kit.
