POC’s DH shorts feature a heavy duty Cordura construction with elastic inserts where they are needed most for hard core riding. The Poc DH short uses an elastic waistband and silicone grippers to stay comfortable in place without the need of a belt. It also features a small, seam taped pocket on the lower leg for your lift pass or cell phone. A large rear flap provides stretch and ventilation while still keeping your backside covered

Comments about Poc DH Short 2012:
Great, hard wearing, good looking shorts that are pretty hard to come by.
I ordered them in the same size as my old 32" Troy Lee shorts, but when they arrived they were pretty generous. They say 32" but measure 34", and lack any 'belt' type closure (to pull in any extra sizing) typical with other shorts. I returned them and ordered the a 30" pair - which actually measure 32" and all is well. Nice shorts to ride in as they have a satin type lining at knee level which allows them to easily move up and down your legs while pedalling. The shiny white fabric tends to shed mud which surprised me too. Nifty little pocket on the leg to keep your car or house key in while you're out riding too.
Fairly pricey for a pair of shorts though, hence the 4/5 rating.
