The Receptor Flow is an excellent choice for those looking for a well ventilated helmet that is also lightweight and comfortable for all day use. The double shell system and EPS foam protect your head from impact. For extra safety, the liner is also in-molded with a second shell to reinforce certain areas.
A helmet that doesn’t fit right will not be the most effective tool to protect you head. POC’s fit system has been designed in conjunction with their professional riders to grip and stay in place during rides on the bumpy trail or tricks at the BMX park.

don't follow the sizing by L or XL you really have to know your size in CM. what they consider a XL/ XXL is really not that big.
