The Fenderbot (tm) mounted easily to my planet bike fenders I simply had to drill out the rivets holding the mud flap on and then utilize the screw and nut to hold the Fenderbot in place to reattach the mudflap to the fender. If fenders do not have such a predisposed composition it would be simple to drill a couple holes to mount the Fenderbot. The light has two modes when on, solid and flashing. The light is very bright and provides great attention getting and visability from a sizable distance. The Reflector adds great redundancy should you forget to turn it on or your batteries should ever run out. Although mine have not in the past 2 years and the lights are as bright as the day I bought it. If you run fenders I highly recommend this item.
