I asked Jenson if this rack has the hardware to set up without rack eyelets near the seat clamp. Jenson stated it doesn't but it actually does have the hardware to wrap around the rear triangle and then to the rack. It was super easy to set up and looks great. The only other negative is when I attach my panniers you can't see how nice this rack is.
