Your hand just settles right into this grip like they were meant to be together, and the densely hashed rubber grip is very tacky. My only gripe would be that the hashes on the grips are shallow enough that if you get caught in the rain or aren't wearing gloves and they get too sweaty they get a little slick. But if you are wearing gloves there is little problem. The anodizing for all colors is a perfect match to any Chris King Headsets for your carefully curated colorway. The grips are not too thick so you have good feel of the trail. All in all a great grip that feels right.

These grips are awesome! I was a little hesitant at first to purchase them for the amount of money they are, but I decided to go ahead and try them. I wear size large gloves so I don't have the largest hands in the world but far from being small and I love them. I built up my bike and wanted Sram's new 2x10 but the one thing I couldn't stand about Sram was the long reach for the trigger that on Shimano would be a push trigger. However with the smaller grove on the aluminum part of the grip it eliminates that longer reach. I know if you are use to Sram that reach is nothing but these grips just make using Sram that much better. I know they are a little heavy if you are a weight weenie Xcountry person but still well worth the weight disadvantage for the long term comfort. No arm pump on long descent and a great overall feel. I would recommend these to anyone that rides any kind of bike not only do they feel amazing and give you control over your bike that is unmatched, but they look really trick as well. To sum it up, they allow you and your hands/arms to become part of the bike rather than a place for you to connect to the bike and ultimately giving you the best control over your bike possible.
