Prestaflator is designed with a variable-rate trigger valve. A light squeeze lets you safely inflate to your desired pressure over a few seconds. The pressure gauge lets you follow your progress. A full squeeze on the trigger provides maximum pressure for seating tubeless tires. Designed for both MTB & Road tires with a wide range of pressure requirements. The Deluxe Prestaflator uses a right angle head with arm. It provides easy access to the valve while keeping your hands outside the wheel. Low profile is also suitable for most disc wheels. 200psi red reinforced polyurethane hose is made in USA and is 3X more flexible making right angle heads easy to use at any wheel position. Smooth alloy clamps for more comfortable use of the spinner head and corrosion resistance.

Since there was no image, I assumed it was coming with a head similar to other heads I have seen where there is some sort of plunger/actuator to make a fit onto the presta valve.
All it is is a think rubber seal inside the head that must be pushed on with a great deal of force and held in place so that it doesn't move or else it will leak air. Also, if you push too hard, there is potential to bend the valve core on the stem.
I am trying to find a new head, one that will accomodate both presta and schrader because the pressure and trigger are great.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
