Comments about Problem Solvers 1999 and 2000 Adapter:

These have the wrong thread pitch so they will not screw into the fork. It looks like they worked in the past for people but somehow they are now made incorrectly.

Had to adapt it to work

Comments about Problem Solvers 1999 and 2000 Adapter:

The adapter fit, but didn't push the valve core open. I had to use a small piece of aluminum foil between the valve core and adapter to make it work.

Comments about Problem Solvers 1999 and 2000 Adapter:

I bought a older dj and did't really want to buy new front forks. It has older Manitou shocks with a wierd looking service valve that was inset, instead of valve cap. I found the Problem Solver and that is exactly what is did, fixed my problem. Great little tool to have!

Comments about Problem Solvers 1999 and 2000 Adapter:

First one of these I had I snapped while trying to tighten it down enough to pump up the shock, second one worked fine. ONLY HAND TIGHTEN, if you cant turn it any more and havent broken the seal on the fork, back it off and try it again, usually you need to turn it just a touch more to break the seal on the valve.
Also cant use the lossless disconnect on my pump because this doesnt have an internal valve/seal, but you do what you have to since the fork is proprietary.

A perfect solution to the problem of the proprietary valves on the older SID's. Cheap and durable, what can be better?
