Great little device that allows you do dig out your old linear brakes and put them on your CX bike so you can actually stop. The hole between the inner and outer diameter pully is a little tight so you need a good pair of cable cutters to get a very clean, round end.

I have some bullhorn brake levers that were not compatible with my v-brakes. So, I purchased these little guys to see if they would work. They installed in minutes no problem. My brake levers feel nice and strong now! Great product at a great price!

It works. I have plenty of braking force on the front with it, without having to set the pad clearance too tight. My rear brake on this bike (an old Schwinn LeTour tandem) is a u-brake, so using long-travel levers makes the rear brake too weak. It's also nice to have Ergo shifting.
