A true Problem Solver
The only way to improve brake performance over cantilevers was to go with V- brakes . With its built in barrel adjuster set up was a snap .

It works
It works. I have plenty of braking force on the front with it, without having to set the pad clearance too tight. My rear brake on this bike (an old Schwinn LeTour tandem) is a u-brake, so using long-travel levers makes the rear brake too weak. It's also nice to have Ergo shifting.

Works as advertised
Great little device that allows you do dig out your old linear brakes and put them on your CX bike so you can actually stop. The hole between the inner and outer diameter pully is a little tight so you need a good pair of cable cutters to get a very clean, round end.

PROS: Durable, Quality construction, Attractive Design

CONS: Install A Little Tough

BEST USES: Road Biking, Replaceing Canti's On Cx
