I am an avid cyclist that rides 3 - 4 times a week minimum 20 miles to max 60+ miles. The airstryke works best 2 ways for me.
1. When I want to power through a part of my ride, the airstryke allows me to be more aero dynamic which also gives me more leg power
2. I have a bad back and sometimes is just nice to use the airstrykes to take some of the pressure off my back.
