Went on the stem, and it was an upgrade in weight and stiffness, plus it looked better than stock.
There are lighter carbon bars out there, but for something tough, this was a good way to go.

My only complaint is a very minor one - the coating. The anodized coating on your bars WILL fade after some regular use. My black Turbine bar is now a light anodized gold/bronze color - not unlike a lighter version of Fox's Kashima coat. It's nowhere near as intense as the actual Kash Money coating that RaceFace has used on special edition bars, but it looks similar when comparing it to other black parts. The turbine stem I bought at the same time is perfect - like the day I installed it. The stem and bar next to each other look like completely different color parts. Remove the bar from the stem, and remove shifters and brake levers, and you can clearly see shadowed outlines where the coating is perfect black underneath.
Again, very minor, especially for a pretty check handlebar, but worth noting. I sort of like the look, but it caught me by surprise as I started to notice the fading over time. Unfortunately I've disassembled the bike for a winter rebuild, so the only photo I have of the bar next to the other parts is below.
