I'm 210 geared up, yet the X-firm spring still feels a little stiff at times for my riding which is more trail. It does soak up the drops quite nicely. Not the easiest thing to install in my 08 Tora 318 U-turn, but it was my first time ever opening up a fork so that was to be expected. Broke in fairly quick. Don't like that I had to drop an extra 40 bucks after the fork to upgrade to a different spring. Rock Shox should offer an option to buy the fork with desired spring already installed to save us clyde's from paying more.
