Ritchey designed the Ritchey WCS Trail stem to complement today's 5-6" travel trail bikes. The Ritchey WCS Trail stem is more than just a beefed up Ritchey stem though. The patented C260 clamp has been revised to a 220 degree version that fits a wider variety of riser bar bends. Even with the revision, the WCS Trail stem still offers a dramatic increase in stiffness and strength over competitor designs.

Ritchey uses a 3D forged 2014 alloy for a balance between light weight and strength and the 220 degree clamp opening spreads the clamping force over a larger area. The Ritchey WCS Trail is available in 60-110mm lengths and weighs in at 115g (70mm).
