Bought for Brain retrofit - not good
I bought this to replace a brain shock on a 2010 Stumpjumper FSR frame. The shock fits but the valving is completely wrong for a 2010 Stumpjumper FSR. As it says it was meant for a newer Camber. The shock was way to soft and the climb mode couldn't even support a pedal platform. If you are that hard up it will work, but it will need a custom valving job for another $200 bucks.

Will the shock specified for my 2014 trek remedy 27.5 come with the proper mounting hardware adapter?

I have 2013 Camber 29 Comp with 110mm travel front and rear. I'm planning to upgrade the front and rear to at least 120mm of travel. Will the Monarch RT3 Camber EVO fit my Camber Comp? How many inch/mm travel is the Monarch RT3 Camber EVO?

can some one let me know what the High Volume option does over the standard. When is it called for?
A shopper on May 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The high volume option gives you the ability to change how the air spring ramps up, just like the tokens do in the forks. In the shock they use rubber bands to change the volume. I think my high volume reservoir came with six or eight rubber bands. Having said that this option is probably most needed if your not average weight and are able to remove and replace the reservoir.
I have a 2014 trek ex9.8 29er. Will this shock work for my model?
jason on Apr 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: As long as the eye to eye measurement and the stroke are correct this shock will fit. There are other factors that can come into play, it would be best to contact your local Trek dealer to find exact fit.
