Prices shown in currencies other than USA Dollars are estimates based on current exchange rates. We will charge your credit card in USA Dollars on the day your order is shipped, and the conversion to your local currency will be done at the prevailing rate by your credit card issuer.
Shipments outside the USA are declared as “bike parts” for customs purposes and will include the actual amount paid for merchandise and shipping. Jenson USA will not mark your parcel as a “gift”, declare a value lower than the actual price paid, or otherwise prepare false customs information.

Rocky Mountain is a semi- custom bike manufacturer, that is based (and builds bikes) out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Since they are not pumping out hundreds of thousands of bikes a year, they are able to take their time and ensure that every Rocky Mountain is the best it can be.
The Rocky Mountain Element was launched in 1996, and has remained relatively unchanged. The Element has been winning races for the past 16 years and provides enjoyment to riders across the world. The frame is comprised of FORM ™ 7005 series custom hydroformed alloy with ABC™ pivots, a tapered head tube, and a press fit bottom bracket. FORM™ tubing is a line of high performance tubes designed to elevate the superior ride quality for which Rocky Mountain is known for. ABC Pivots (Angular Bushing Concept™) consist of an angular contact polymer bushing that rotates on a tapered alloy pivot. The ABC pivots are lighter, more durable, and provide more lateral stiffness than cartridge bears. The tapered head tube provides superior stiffness without compromising the weight of the frame.
The Element 30 features a RockShox Recon Gold TK solo air fork with 120mm of travel, turnkey lockout, and rebound adjust. The Recon has received praise from cross country mountain bike riders across the world. The turnkey lockout is imperative for any serious cross country racer. Lockout the fork as you climb up the side of the mountain, and unlock it as you make your way down the mountain. The RockShox Ario RL custom valved rear shock absorbs hits without throwing off your balance as you climb or descend the mountain face. Though the frame and suspension setup is impressive, Rocky Mountain did not stop there. They added tons of high quality performance components in order to provide you with the best possible ride. Shimano Deore Rapid Fire 10 speed shifters are paired with a Shimano SLX E- mount front derailleur and a Shimano XT 10 speed rear derailleur. Stop on a dime with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. From the frame and suspensions set- up to the component spec, the Rocky Mountain Element 30 reigns supreme.

FREE PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY
Each Rocky Mountain complete bike includes free professional assembly by Jenson USA. Prior to shipping your bike, we will completely build and tune it, just as we would for an in-store purchase. Then, we'll partially disassemble and carefully pack your bike for shipping. Please allow 3 business days for the bike build process prior to shipment.
When your bike arrives, it will take about 30 minutes to unpack and perform basic re-assembly tasks (such as installing the front wheel and seatpost) using common hand tools. Jenson USA has created a helpful video (below) to guide you through this process. Stuck? Please call us at (888) 880-3811 and we’ll be happy to help.
