Each strut is engineered with 4" of side-to-side adjustment, letting you accommodate a range of bike styles and sizes, furthermore, no tools are required to install/remove the rack from vehicle. The SplitRail includes Rockymounts' proprietary anti-wobble collar for secure attachment to vehicle. Easily accessible release handle allows the rack to be positioned into stow, use, and tilt positions, making it functional and easy to store. An integrated cable lock secures bikes to the rack, and a locking hitch pin secures the rack to the vehicle (lock cores and keys included) so you can travel with your bikes worry-free. The SplitRail comes with a Wall Mount Storage Hook for stashing the rack in the garage when it's not in use. A heavy duty 60lb max weight per bicycle (120lb total) on 2-bike rack, 40lb max weight per bike with Add On(s) caters to any bike in the garage.
