Marzocchi makes high quality forks and shocks for both mountain and dirt bikes. If you’re looking to upgrade your 29’er fork, look no further. The Marzocchi Corsa was designed for cross country riding. The Corsa was designed using Marzocchi’s AER system. The advantages of an air system sealed inside the stanchion tube and of a negative coil spring combined into one system is smoothness and light weight. Lockout your fork as you head up a steep incline for ultimate pedaling efficiency. The Corsa SL LR glides along hilly trails and absorbs bumps and small obstacles with ease, all to produce a smooth comfortable ride. The stanchions have been coated with nickel. The new superficial treatment improves their smoothness and their resistance to the dirt encountered during every bike ride. The internal taoered profile design allows a consistent weight reduction in comparison with the previous model year’s equivalent stanchions, without losing out on stiffness and resistance. Marzocchi has also updated the bushings. The new bushings feature vertical slots for oil fluid and lubrication. The fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best feeling, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.

Comments about Marzocchi Corsa SL 29" Fork 2013:
I have run MANY Marzocchi forks over the years. On my D-H bikes... a 888 is the ONLY fork I will use, I went through a 2 888's after cooking a few Boxxers and a junk Manitou.... I Still have an 04 upside down single crown Shiver..AMAZING fork..
ANYWAY... This fork is for a second bike..not my super tricked out full suspension 29er.. this one is for my Carbon Hardtail29 er..... I need to keep the $$$ down.. SO..At this $$ this fork is a STEAL!!!
The REMOTE CABLE IS difficult to get set up..you HAVE to force the fork into LOCKOUT POSITION..and then tighten down the cable..do this with the barrel adjuster a little out so when you release the fork from "locked"...you can now fine tune the cable. There is a FINE line between the thumblever being able to click to lock and NOT...you will have to play with it. THIS should be easier..but for the $$$$$ I can live with it... The fork is still new but already took some big hits and in true Marzocchi style...came up big.... Their stuff is always a little heavy but bombproof....
OK..I hope this helps a potential buyer..CHEERS
