These tires (in the 2.1 size) came on my '08 Giant Trance X. I am still on the original tires which have about 2000 miles on them. They are pretty worn out now but have held up well. I do a lot of riding on a crushed limestone rail trail in addition to singletrack riding and the rail trail surface really eats the soft tread on these tires. For the first year or so I was getting flats from thorns constantly with these tires but in the past year (on the same trails) I have gotten almost none, so who knows...though a friend got a small, dull twig through his UST Nevegal once and had another delaminate. The tires have pretty terrible rolling resistance but they do grip well on the trails. At first I was stuck on the high rolling resistance and the propensity to grab thorns and didn't like the tires but now they have grown on me and have held up well.

I owened several in 2.1. This tire is probaly the best around for wet roots and rocks. That said i've repaced it for the most part for a few reasons;
It rolls SLOW, no SLOWER than your thinking.
Sidewalls too thin.
I've found better cornering tires that are faster.

Besides bikes and trails dont like to be ridden sloppy.

Soft and Sticky

By Roger

Comments about Kenda Nevegal Stick-E 26" Tire:

I love these tires. I rode a few feet and knew they were different. The low durometer slow rebound rubber really changes the ride. I bought my first ones when I was looking for the best tires for wet rocks and roots. I started with 2.1 in the rear and 2.35 in the front, then 2.35 in the rear and 2.5 in front. Now I just run 2.5 front & rear. I love the ride so much I don't care if they're slower. I'm not racing and I never ride on pavement anyway. I run them with low air pressure too. They're awesome.

good reaction in most conditions, rubber isn't as soft as if like tho (comparing to maxxis exo compound) hoping they have good life span but my pops was happy with his fathers day gift

Comments about Kenda Nevegal Stick-E 26" Tire:

Excellent traction in the loose dry areas of Southern California. Only drawback is a lot of rolling resistance on flat but point downhill and is excellent.

Comments about Kenda Nevegal Stick-E 26" Tire:

very flexible casing rolls over obstacles easily and grips incredible.
Only using it on the front at the moment but once I wear out my rear tires I already have another for the rear.
