Nice Knee Pad
I looked for a set of pads for awhile. I came across these and tried to find some kind of review on them, there are none(yes, this other reviewer included). So, they have Velcro on the top strap and a solid strap on bottom. The size chart gave me my size and at first I thought that they were to big, but, upon my first ride I could see why they fit like they do. The top strap feels like it's going to rub you raw, but I've done several rides now and no rubbing at all. They don't slip down either(even with leg warmers on). I have only one crash to judge them by and I can say they handled it great. So in the end I would have to say that these are a nice set of pads. They will be kind of warm for summer since they keep my knees really warm now in the late fall, but that's the price you sometimes have to pay. It's all part of the ride!

Super comfy
Coming from a full leg/shin pad set, these feel so much better. The fit is spot on and is adjustable via velcro on the backside. Look-wise, they are pretty plain but that mean's they'll go with everyting!

I haven't had them slip down my leg yet and they bend with your leg very comfortably. Thankfully I haven't had to rely on them to save my knees yet, but I feel they will do their job just fine.

Comfortable and light
Good knee guards. They stay where you put them. Only drawback is they absorb sweat and feel really warm. Would be awesome in the fall and winter, but you may be better served with a soft set for summer.

So far so good
I've taken a few good falls already and they've worked well and saved my knees so far. They slip slightly and aren't the best for long uphills while sitting. Yes fit is a pro & con, fits great while out of the saddle but I've had minor issues while sitting.

PROS: Protection, Durable, FIT

CONS: Fit

so so
I got them on sale for 20 bucks aprox. They don't have the greatest fit and they tend to slip once you start to sweat. I've crashed once and It slipped a bit but overall they offer good protection

If you get them on sale instead of the normal msrp and don't want to spend 70+ bucks on better ones, I think it's a good buy. If you have more cash maybe try a more expensive pair.

I also have the enemy elbow guards and I think they are way better. The fit is tighter with more mobility and paid around 15 bucks.
