Comments about GT Bicycles GT Bikes GTR Series 3 Bike 2013:

I use this bike for anything over 15-20 miles. It's a great upgrade from my older bike, though similar specs. It's very stiff, and you can feel all your work propelling you forward. I, personally, love the double chainring over the triple I used to have. I have no complaints thus far with the tiagra groupset, it shifts really smoothly every time.

Comments about GT Bicycles GT Bikes GTR Series 3 Bike 2013:

I bought this GT to get into road cycling. After some fitting, I can confidently say that this is the absolute best road bike for entry level riders. It's not entirely expensive and is a dream on the road. It's not full carbon which is fine because I don't think that I'm in need of a carbon frame yet.
The components are great (I think?) and the bike works wonderfully.

If you're looking to get into road biking, seriously consider this GT GTR Series 3, you will not be sorry!

Comments about GT Bicycles GT Bikes GTR Series 3 Bike 2013:

I've had this bike for 8 months now and have put plenty of miles on it, both on 30 mile 2 way commutes to work and weekend adventures. For the price it is very hard to find a better value of components. I've had zero issues with the drive train which has required little to no maintenance. The wheelset is pretty cheap and has required some adjustment and is kind of heavy. I'll likely replace them next season. I purchased a size medium and it weights in at 20lbs with pedals. Not light, but not a pig either. The frame looks great with nice welds and tubing, very stiff and aggressive geometry, worth upgrading. Overall very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Comments about GT Bicycles GT Bikes GTR Series 3 Bike 2013:

Great bike for the money considering the whole package. Any other bike with the same components were costing considerably more. The seat is the only complaint but that is usually a personal preference item. The Jenson bike build, customer service, and product was excellent. They have earned future business.
