This is the best light I have ever used. It's a little heavy on the helmet, but when you look like a freight train coming up the trails...who cares!

Comments about Serfas True 1500 USB Headlight:
I've been using the Serfas True 1500 for the last few months on my night rides and evening bike commutes. Not only is it easy to use, but mounting the light is no problem at all. It can go on 31.8 or 25.4, and here's the best part, it doesn't slip! Unlike my NightRider lights that will rotate lose when I hit a bump, the Serfas True 1500 stays put!
Have I mentioned that it's wicked bright! Serfas claims they have it set to 1500 lumens...not sure how they did it because its almost as bright as some car's headlights.
One piece of advice, don't mount it on your helmet. The True 1500 is so bright that if you had it on your head, and you turn towards the person you are talking to, you'll blind them!
I compared the Serfas True 1500 against my friend's HID light...psssh, blew his light away!
Ya it's a bit pricey, but the quality and performance of this light will surely impress you!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
