Dura Ace PD-7900
The Shimano Dura Ace Pedals use a stainless steel plate allowing a nice durable surface for the cleat, plus you can move your foot around without tearing into the carbon. The axles and bearings are held with a billet aluminum cylinder which is bonded to the interior, and each pedal has three sets of bearings. Approximately 248 grams.

Finally replaced my mid 80"s Dura-Ace 7401 pedals, not because they wore out, but because I was tired of the squeaking from the cleats. Since they did me well for so long, I couldn't go with anything else. Slightly harder to release than my old pedals, but easy to get used to.
