The FC32 bottom bracket cup tool is strong and fits the cups accurately. The only downside is it won't let you use a torque wrench so you are on your own to tighten the cups properly.

Originally bought a Sette tool that was supposed to be compatible with my Shimano deore XT Hollowtech II crankset M770, however it didn't even come close to fitting. After returning it to the place I bought it from, I picked up this tool and fit like a glove and worked great!
My advice, stick with this tool, stay within the Shimano family for installs/tools.

First time I installed these cranks I used my old lockring tool. It kinda chewed up the bearing housing, and the bearings went bad within a year. Related? Maybe. This is the right tool for the job.
