Very simple to install, all the parts included. My rear pads are now in for three months, I ride 4-5 times a week in most conditions and they have held up well so far. I just replaced my front pads and decided to re-stock with the same variety.

The Metal pads make a little more noise than the Resin pads, but I knew that going in. I find them to be less grabby than the Resin which I liked.

Exellent product. Metal type lasted well under all conditions No fadecompeared with resin type. Resin does not last in harsh condisons ie a couple of 50 k wet races
