First weekend I got the shoes I did a 24 mile bike ride and I could tell me pedal motion was more efficent. They are hard to walk in but that is to be expected.

I am a new rider and wanted an all in one solution that I didn't have to worry about mix and match and trying to learn all the speicifics of all the different pedal and cleat types available.
This package already did the work for me by having everything together.
I installed the cleats in about 2 minutes, another 5 for the pedals, a couple of test lock ins, and I was riding in about 20 minutes, the same day it came in.
Now I can learn about all the equipment options out there while still enjoying my ride with my current gear.
Thanks Jenson for making this a great first experience for a new rider.
