Bought new shoes, needed new clips. Last pair of these clips lasted me years....can't even remember how long!
These are great for folks like me, who only want to release one way, all the time. Twist out release. Easy - no unexpected clip outs. I use these on my spin bike for workouts and hybrid bike.

If you use Shimano pedals, you should use Shimano cleats...These were the right Shimano cleats for my Shimano pedals...As a result, these cleats work great for me and I love them...If these cleats are not the right cleats for YOUR Shimano pedals, they're quite likely going to suck for you and possibly even cause injury or death to the rider...No one wants that!...

I use these with PDM520 pedals, and they work like a charm. I find them to be pretty durable (need to replace about once per year) and easy to release. No complaints, and I don't see a need to change any time soon.
