Currency Exchange Rates close

Prices shown in currencies other than USA Dollars are estimates based on current exchange rates. We will charge your credit card in USA Dollars on the day your order is shipped, and the conversion to your local currency will be done at the prevailing rate by your credit card issuer.

Shipments outside the USA are declared as “bike parts” for customs purposes and will include the actual amount paid for merchandise and shipping. Jenson USA will not mark your parcel as a “gift”, declare a value lower than the actual price paid, or otherwise prepare false customs information.

So much better than external cam skewers

By Ray

Pros

  • Rust free
  • Solid clamping

Cons

  • Doesn't fit in trainers

Comments about Shimano XT M770 Quick Release Skewer:

So much better than external cam skewers. They clamp with much more force much more easily, making them easier to get on and off and more secure. I have noticed they don't fit on bike trainers, but that's why trainers come with an extra skewer.

Comments about Shimano XT M770 Quick Release Skewer:

Shimano's XT skewers are arguably some of the best in the business. You can't go wrong with these, especially for the money. I used these to cure a problem I had with a rear wheel of a hard tail MTB slipping in the drop out, when on the brakes going over roots etc. These clamp very positively, in my opinion because of their solid internal cam system (whereas others use and external ramp that rides a plastic shim).
