Provides good wrist support. I fell a few times on my wrist and decided to try it out. Solid structure and good quality materials. I normally keep it in my Camelbak since it's fairly small, light weight and might be needed at anytime.

Originally got it for DH and dirt jumping. I tried my friends wrist armor on one day and had to have it. Fits well under my gloves when hitting the dirt jumps and comfortable enough to have on all day while riding down hill. Has already saved my wrist a few times. Its worth every penny.
