I thought the vent looked a little gimmicky but since they are priced pretty well compared to smiths or oakleys, I went for it.
The scoops actually work VERY well! I sweat a lot when I ride, ride in hot humid climate, and ride often with a full face, making the problem worse. As soon as you start rolling, any fog on the lenses gets aired out and goes away.
The other thing I love is the numerous options for different lenses and replacements. Getting the yellow tint is key for forest riding where you dont want to block out any light.
They are made of a bendable plastic that seems very durable and also adds to comfort.
Lastly, these provide great eye protection.
