I like SRAM MTB stuff. You get a nice firm click when you shift. Not for the weak thumbed. What I didn't know about the XO was that the larger aluminum levers on the shifter are adjustable for angle. The right lever can be reduced due to small movements for the rear derailleur. I moved the left lever out a bit because I always had to push it twice to move the front derailleur up the chainring. This set up is GREAT!

This is my first pair of SRAM shifters. I decided to replace my Shimano XT shifters recently, and so far I'm very pleased. Shifting is much smoother than with my Shimanos and much quicker.

I've never had SRAM on either road/mtn bike before, but decided to give them a shot. Transition to different trigger actuation was quite easy. Setup was even easier, and much less of a hassle than the XTR derailleurs I've used in the past. I'm no gram counter, but they're a solid complement to my stout 29er. Highly recommend.
