Comments about Sugoi Firewall LT Glove 2011:
Warmth: poor. In 50-degree weather, my fingers felt the wind immediately and quickly got cold. The back of the hand is relatively windproof, however.
Sizing: Small; I usually wear a large Pearl Izumi glove, but had to go up to XL for these. I have smaller hands with long fingers, and they're tight across the palm, but still have a bit of length left in the fingers, so you might have trouble with the fit. They're also too snug to wear with a glove liner.
Features: The fleece nose wipe is nice: large and soft, but it will snag easily on velcro. The yellow color is highly visible.
Not recommended: I wouldn't buy them again; if it's cold enough for full finger gloves, these won't cut it, and the lack of padding makes them problematic for anyone who needs nerve protection from the road.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
