Big Dummy is designed to carry a LOTof stuff easily, and thats just what it does. By a "lot" we mean things youd normally need an automobile for. With a weight limit of 400 pounds (rider and cargo) weight, the sky is (almost the limit). A couch. Groceries. A keg. Camping gear. If you can dream it up, Big Dummy can probably handle it.
The Big Dummy was designed in conjunction with Xtracycle, who offer a line of modular "plug-ins" that extend the usability of your cargo bike. Surly includes Xtracycles V-Rack bags and snapdeck with the complete bike, and additional options for attachments are available seperately.
Each Surly bicycle includes free professional assembly. Please allow 2 business days prior to the shipment of your new bike.
