Comments about Surly Long Haul Trucker Deluxe Frameset:
Stays and fork can take 700c wheek but canti brake mounts sized for 26" wheel. Looks like standard dual pivot calipers cannot fit ( too much drop even for 73mm tektros). Wheelbase looks long - but thats what you'd expect from a tourer. Limited sizes available at the time of purchase.
Frame is reasonably light given its intended purpose.
All up - well pleased.
